GA is a FREE Community Wellness Event with the goal of getting as many people to feel loved and included, no matter their fitness levels or age. Sessions with Coach L.
Many of our Guardians are now in different parts of the world as well as some people don't want to be in larger crowds, we're welcoming them to still participate with their own route, healthy breakfast, and fun afterwards. We'll stream Live from the beautiful 7 Mile Public Beach showing our Warm Up and then we'll head out for our activities.
